Delete your GlowScroll data

Last updated October 13, 2026

GlowScroll has no account and no server. Your signs are on your device, and in your own iCloud or Google Drive if you turned on backup. Here’s how to remove them.

Delete one sign

On the home screen, tap Saved, then Delete next to the sign. Recent signs, the ones you showed without saving, can’t be deleted one by one; Erase all banners (below) clears them.

Delete everything on this phone

In GlowScroll, go to Settings → Erase all banners. That deletes every saved sign, folder and your history from this phone. With Premium it also turns automatic backup off, so your cloud backup is kept as it is. Or uninstall GlowScroll. That removes every sign and setting from the device. On iPhone, an older iCloud or computer backup of your phone may still include GlowScroll’s data until that backup is replaced or deleted (iPhone Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage → Backups).

Delete your cloud backup

First turn off automatic backup in Settings → Backup & export on every phone or tablet that backs up to the same account, so none of them makes a new one. Then:

Purchase records

If you bought Premium, Apple or Google keeps the record of your purchase under your store account, and RevenueCat holds an anonymous record so the purchase can be restored. To ask for that record to be deleted, email glowscroll-support@lixlink.com. Deleting it means Restore purchase can no longer find it; your purchase history with Apple or Google isn’t affected.
